NOTICE

The Pulaski County Commissioners will take sealed bids for purpose to lease farmland, at the Pulaski County Court House in the Commissioners room located on the 2nd floor, 112 E Main St Winamac IN 46996 for 111.3 acres in Monroe Township, Pulaski County for the purpose of crop production, to be used by the successful bidder.

 All sealed bids must be received by 4:00 pm on Friday, January 16, 2026, and the Pulaski County Commissioners have the right to reject any or all bids.

 A deposit of $1,000 in the form of a certified check or money order is required with each bid. The lease shall be for a minimum period of 1 year, and the lease payment for the first year shall be due within 30 days after the bid is accepted.
