NOTICE TO FREEHOLDERS OF
MILL CREEK CONSERVANCY DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the freeholders of Mill Creek Conservancy District of Fulton and Pulaski Counties, Indiana, will be held on the 5th day of January 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the office of the District: 1252 E 100 S, USDA Building, Rochester, Indiana. The purpose of the Annual Meeting on January 5th, 2026, is to elect officers and transact any business that may come before the Board. The term of office of the Director representing Area Two, presently represented by Larry Friedrich, will expire on the date of the ensuing annual meeting of the District, and Larry has been nominated for re-election.
