NOTICE

Kiewit is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Indiana Construction Stormwater General Permit (INRA00000) to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Swingle Station Project located in Winamac, Pulaski County, Indiana. The Lat/Long of the center of the project is 40.982967, -86.756306. Runoff from the project site may discharge to will sheet flow to adjacent surface waterways that ultimately discharge to Tippecanoe River.
