NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION

BLG, LLC (“Company”) voluntarily dissolved on December 2, 2025, does hereby publish notice of its dissolution and requests that persons with claims against the Company present them in accordance herewith: A claimant must submit its claim in writing to Sean M. Farrell, 250 Main Street, Suite 590, Lafayette, IN 47901, and specify the following: claimant’s name, address, amount of claim, and description of claimed services and dates thereof.

A claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication of this notice.
