NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66C01-2503-MF-000006, wherein loanDepot.com, LLC was plaintiff and Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Janice L. Pisinski, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 1 pm or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Pulaski County, Indiana:

A parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 31 North, Range 3 West of the Second Principal Meridian Rich Grove Township, Pulaski County, Indiana more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, as evidenced by a railroad spike; thence South 0 degrees 00 minutes 18 seconds East on the West line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10 a distance of 656.35 feet to a PK nail and the Point of Beginning; thence South 89 degrees 50 minutes 27 seconds East a distance of 1336.82 feet to a 5/8” x 30” long iron reinforcing rod on the East line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, thence South 0 degrees 07 minutes 45 seconds East on said East line a distance of 656.82 feet to the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes 14 seconds West on the South line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 1338.25 feet to a PK nail, and being the Southwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, thence North 0 degrees 00 minutes 18 seconds West on the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 656.35 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 20.16 acres more or less.
