Black & Veatch Corporation (BVCOR) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Indiana Construction Stormwater General Permit (INRA00000) to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the AEP Tatertown IPP Project located in Jefferson Township, Winamac, IN. The Lat/Long of the center of the project is 41° 0’15.22”N, 86°44’38.04”W. Runoff from the project site may discharge to an isolated wetland.
