NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF A PETITION FOR VARIANCE OF USE

Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of November, 2023 6:00 P.M. E.T., a public hearing will be held before the Pulaski County Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) in the Pulaski County Highway Garage, Winamac, Indiana, 46996 on the petition of HUGHES, CHASITY.

Docket # 11272023-01 has filed for a Petition for a variance use for the property comprising parcel(s) 66-04-16-300-022.000-003 legally described as: 003-00235-00 PT NE SW SEC 16 1A ANTRIM (523) MONON (692) commonly known as (approximately): US 421 & 550 N (14567 W 550 N) MEDARYVILLE, IN 47957.

The nature of the petition is as follows: Relocate a manufactured home 9 years over UDO allowable age to above noted parcel which previously had a mobile home placed on it.

The application and all submitted documentation are available for review by scheduling an appointment Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Building/Zoning Department, County Building, 125 South Riverside Drive, Suite 150, Winamac.

The BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS has set said hearing at the time and place specified. Written suggestions or objections concerning this application may be filed with the Plan Administrator or Administrative Secretary at or before such hearing and will be heard by the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS at the time and place specified. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the application, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary.
