PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT

Sullivan Development, LLC (25 E Main Street, Suite 200, Carmel, IN 46302) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General.

Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Willow Creek Villas development located on Galbraith Drive, Winamac, Indiana 46996.
