NOTICE

After a public hearing at their meeting on October 22, 2024, the board of school trustee of North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation (the “School Corporation”) determined to issue general obligation bonds for the proposed renovations, improvements and equipment\ of the buildings of the School Corporation including but not limited to roof repairs and technology projects. In accordance with Indiana Code 5-3-1. Taxpayers or Registered Voters of the School Corporation may file a petition with the Department of Local Government Finance within 10 days of the first publication of this notice objecting that the projects were artificially divided to avoid the provisions of IC 6-1.1-20-3.6.
