NOTICE TO FREEHOLDERS OF MILL CREEK CONSERVANCY DISTRICT

You are hereby notified that the term of office of the director representing Area Two, presently represented by Larry Friedrich, will expire on the date of the ensuing annual meeting of the District in January 2026.

Nominations to fill the vacancy on the Board, resulting from such expiring term, are hereby invited.  The person serving Area Two shall be elected for a term of four years.

Each nomination must be submitted to the office of the District at 1252 E 100 S, Suite D, Rochester, IN 46975, in writing, before the first day of December 2017, and must be signed by at least five freeholders from the area proposed to be represented by such nominee.  Such nominations may be considered as having been submitted before said date if adequately addressed, have attached sufficient postage, and are postmarked before said date.

Each nominee must be a freeholder, or an officer or a nominee of a corporate freeholder, of the area of the district for which he is nominated, and must have knowledge and experience in the matters related to the development of the District.
