NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION

Indiana Municipal Power Agency (11610 N College Ave, Carmel, IN 46032) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the IMPA Solar Park – Winamac located on the north side of SR 14 approximately 0.4± east of the intersection of SR 14 and Old SR 14, Winamac, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will ultimately discharge to the Tippecanoe River.
