AMBER DAWN GRINER is notified that a Complaint for Forfeiture of Contract and for Immediate Possession of the Real Estate, was filed in the office of the Clerk of Pulaski Circuit Court, 117 East Main Street, Winamac, Indiana 46996 by attorney John A. Kocher, 119 West Main Street, Winamac, Indiana 46996. The Complaint for Forfeiture alleges that the real estate located at 2952 North 175 East, Winamac, Indiana 46996, which is being purchased by land contract by Defendants, is in arrears, not properly maintained, and abandoned.

If Amber Dawn Griner seeks to contest the complaint, Amber Dawn Griner must file a Response in the above-named court not later than thirty (30) days after the last date of publication of this notice.

If Amber Dawn Griner does not file a response within thirty (30) days after last date of publication of this notice the above named Court will hear and determine the Complaint for Forfeiture of Contract and for Immediate Possession of the Real Estate.
