NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66D01-2203-MF-000006 wherein MidFirst Bank was Plaintiff, and Cody S. Klask, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 15th day of November, 2022, at the hour of 1:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana. 

Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 29 North, Range 4 West, Pulaski County, Indiana, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Commencing 451 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 29 North, Range 4 West; thence South 170 feet; thence East 247 feet; thence North 170 feet; thence West 247 feet to the place of beginning and being and also including a part of Lot Number 6 in East End Addition to the Town of Francesville.
