Notice is hereby given that, Connie Sue Roe, petitioner, filed a verified petition for change of name on July 26, 2023, at 12:29 p.m. EDST. The object of which is to obtain a court order to change the current legal name of Connie Sue Roe to Constance Suzanne Roe and the petitioner’s birth certificate to Constance Suzanne Swartzell. 

NOTICE is hereby given that the petition is scheduled for hearing on October 30, 2023, at 1:15 p.m. EDST, which is more than thirty (30) days after the third notice of publication. Any person has the right to appear at the hearing and file written objections on or before the hearing date. This hearing will be held in person at the Pulaski County Circuit Court located at the Justice Center, 110 East Meridian St, Room 225, Winamac, Indiana 46996.
