IN THE MATTER OF THE VERIFIED PETITION OF BOTTLEBRUSH SOLAR ENERGY LLC FOR CERTAIN DETERMINATIONS BY THE COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO ITS JURISDICTION OVER PETITIONER’S ACTIVITIES AS A GENERATOR OF ELECTRIC POWER

Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will conduct a public Evidentiary Hearing in the above-captioned Cause in Room 222 of the PNC Center, 101 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, commencing at 1:30 PM on October 16, 2025. This hearing is open to the public.
