Public Notice to Adjoining Land Owners

In compliance with IDEM Construction General Permit requirements notice is hereby given that construction at 515 East 13th Street, Winamac, Indiana in the Southwest Quarter of Section 12 of Monroe Township, Pulaski County, Indiana is scheduled to commence on or after July 1st, 2024 and construction should be completed by December 31st, 2025. Run-off from the project site will discharge into the Quigley Marsh Ditch. Questions or comments should be directed to Mr. Todd R.
