NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED ORDINANCE 

AMENDING THE CHARGE FOR SEWER CONNECTION

TOWN OF MEDARYVILLE, INDIANA 

Property owners and other interested parties in the Town of Medaryville, Indiana, and other interested parties served by its electric utility are hereby notified that a proposed Ordinance entitled “Amending the Rates and Charges for the Use of and Services Rendered by the Sewage Works for the Town of Medaryville, Indiana,” which would increase the charges for sewer service connections will be introduced at a meeting of the Town Council on the 20th day of August , 2025 at 6:00 PM (local time). A public hearing of the Town Council will be held on 17th day of September, 2025 at 6:00 PM (local time) at Medaryville Town Hall, located at 409 E. Main Street, Medaryville, Indiana.

At such public hearing and prior to final adoption of the proposed Ordinance all interested parties may appear and be heard. The complete text of the proposed Ordinance is on file and available for examination and copying at the office of the Town’s Clerk-Treasurer during regular business hours and will be available at the public hearing.
