Notice is hereby given to the public, that Addison Raye Kreamer, a minor by her parent/guardian, Karla A. Redweik, has petitioned the Pulaski Superior Court, Winamac, Indiana, on June 20th, 2024 to change her name to Addison Raye Redweik and that said Petition and Application will be presented to and heard by said Court on the 28th Day of October, 2024, at 11 a.m. Eastern.

Any person has the right to appear at the hearing and to file objections.
