Any unknown heirs, representatives, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, husbands, wives, receives, lessees, successors, assigns, guardians, trustees, widows, widowers, spouses, children, creditors, beneficiaries, grantees of each and all of the above-named defendants, and all other persons claiming an interest in the real estate described in this summons, all of whom are unknown to the plaintiff.
You have been sued by the person(s) named “plaintiff” in the court stated above.
The nature of the suit against you is stated in the complaint filed in the case referenced in this summons. It also states the demand which the plaintiff has made against you.
Plaintiff is foreclosure on a Mortgage it holds against the subject property located at 1624 N 300 West , Winamac, IN 46996 in Pulaski County, Indiana and more commonly described as follows:
PART OF THE WEST HALF (1/2) OF THE NORTH-WEST QUARTER (1/4) OF SECTION FOUR (4), TOWNSHIP THIRTY (30) NORTH, RANGE TWO (2) WEST, PULASKI COUNTY, INDIANA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING IN THE CENTER OF THE COUNTY HIGHWAY AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTH-WEST QUARTER (1/4) OF SAID SECTION 4., RUNNING THENCE NORTH 520 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE NORTH 150 FEET, THENCE EAST 270 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 150 FEET, THENCE WEST 270 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING .93 ACRE, MORE OR LESS.
You must answer the complaint in writing filed with the Court, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the last notice of action is published, or judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff demanded.
If you deny the demand and/or have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
