NOTICE OF SUIT

To the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned.  

You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.

The nature of the suit against you is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property legally described as follows:

Parcel I: Lots Numbered 25 and 26 in Warren Bridge Resort Properties, situated in Section 6 and in Section 7, Township 31 North, Range 1 West, Pulaski County Indiana. 

Parcel II: Part of the Northeast Quarter (1/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Thirty-One (31) North, Range One (1) West, Tippecanoe Township, Pulaski County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwesterly Corner of Warren Bridge Resort, as found in Plat Record 1, page 34, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, as evidenced by an iron pipe (set); thence Southeasterly, on the Westerly Line of said subdivision, 53.7 feet to an iron pipe (set) on the Northerly bank of the Tippecanoe River; thence Southwesterly, along the meandering Northerly bank of said river, 90 feet, more or less, to an iron pipe (set) on the aforesaid bank; thence Northwesterly, parallel to the West Line of said subdivision, 37 feet, to a crossing bolt, (set), on the South, Right-of-Way of a recorded 12 foot easement; thence Northeasterly, along said easement Right-of-Way, and an extension thereof, 95 feet to a crossing bolt (set); thence Southerly 16.8 feet, to the Point of Beginning. Parcel contains 0.2 acre, more or less.
