Notice of Pulaski County Advisory Plan Commission Regular Session

The Pulaski County Advisory Plan Commission (APC) will meet in a regularly scheduled session on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Pulaski County Highway Garage, Highway 35, Winamac, Indiana to discuss and vote on APC’s recommended adjustments to the Pulaski County Unified Development Ordinance to include but may not be limited to section 2.3.R.2.b. & 2.3.R.3.c. found in Applications for All Solar Energy Systems (SES) (procedures of application requirements of Commercial solar energy systems (CSES), section 7 (Wind Energy Convergence and Solar Energy Systems) 7.14.B.3. & 7.1.C.1. & 7.16.A.7.17 & 7.20 

Also, vote on adjustments to Pulaski County development fee schedule: A.5.ii. to A.5.vi. Notice of Penalties 

And; Pulaski County Development Fee Schedule C.5. Solar Energy Systems

And; 

In continued discussion from meetings dated: 3/20/23, 5/22/23, 7/24/23, 11/27/23, 1/22/24, 2/26/24, 3/18/24
