By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66D01-2205-MF-000013 wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC was Plaintiff, and Kameron D. Wheeler, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16th day of July, 2024, at the hour of 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 110 E. Meridian Street, Winamac, IN 46996, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana.
The following real estate situated in Pulaski County, in the State of lndiana, to-wit:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 31 North, Range 4 West, Pulaski County, Indiana more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 27; thence West 593 feet; thence North 400 feet; thence East 243 feet; thence South 215 feet; thence East 350 feet; thence South 185 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3.717 acres, more or less.
