NOTICE

Black & Veatch Corporation (BVCOR) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Indiana Construction Stormwater General Permit (INRA00000) to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Star Pulaski Project located in Pulaski County, Indiana, approximately 5.2 miles northeast of the City of Winamac.

The entrance to the Project is located off County Road W 100 N, which is approximately 1 mile north of Indiana State Road 14. Runoff from the Project site may discharge to Hoover Ditch, which ultimately flows to the Tippecanoe River.
