NOTICE

The Building & Planning Department is accepting applications to fill a Commissioner Appointed vacancy on the Pulaski County Advisory Plan Commission. The seat is open through the first Monday of January 2027; at that time the member may then be reappointed to a full, four-year term, upon reappointment.

Pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4-208(a)(5)(B), the vacancy must be filled by a person who is either a Democrat or independent (based on most recent primary-election voting or Party-chair certification at the chair’s discretion); and either lives within the County’s planning and zoning jurisdiction (not in Winamac or Francesville, within either Town’s two-mile extraterritorial jurisdiction), or lives within Winamac or Francesville jurisdiction and owns real property within the County’s jurisdiction.
