imi Indiana LLC (with corporate offices at 10500 Kincaid Drive, Fishers, IN 46037) is submitting a renewal NOI letter for our facility (“imi Plant 119”) to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge stormwater exposed to industrial activities. Run-off from the facility will discharge from “Outfall 001” into an unnamed ditch that discharges into the Bruce Lake Outlet - Tippecanoe River.
