NOTICE OF PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME

A Petition for Change of Name of Rocco Calabrese III, having been filed on the 30th day of March, 2026, in the above-captioned cause filed in the Pulaski Circuit Court and the Court determines that service to any interested party must be perfected by notice by publication and any person has the right to appear at the hearing and to file objection.

That a Hearing has been scheduled for the 8th day of June 2026 at 10:00 o’clock A.M. Eastern, and that this notice by publication shall serve as notice of said Change of Name action and hearing date wherein the Petitioner, Rocco Calabrese III, will seek an order granting his name be changed to Rocco Calabrese IV.
