NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66D01-2509-MF-000020 wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC, Successor by Merger to Nationstar Mortgage LLC was Plaintiff, and Freddie A. Claar; The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Pulaski Memorial Hospital; State of Indiana were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 19 day of May, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana.

A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 30 North, Range 2 West, Pulaski County, Indiana more particularly bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a point 386 feet South of the Northwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township and Range aforesaid; thence East 212 feet, thence South 148 feet; thence West 212 feet; and thence North 148 feet and to the place of beginning, containing .65 acres more or less.
