By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66D01-2409-MF-000027 wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-RZ4 was Plaintiff, and Kevin E. Dewitt a/k/a Kevin E. DeWitt; Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority; Portfolio Recovery Associates, L.L.C.; Pulaski Memorial Hospital; State of Indiana were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 19 day of May, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana.
