Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of March, 2024 7:00 P.M. E.T., a public hearing will be held before the Pulaski County Advisory Plan Commission (APC) during a regularly scheduled session in the Pulaski County Highway Garage, Winamac, Indiana, 46996 on the petition of: 

Carol Widner (William R. Widner & Carol R. Widner) 

Parcel# Multiple in Tippecanoe River Land Development

Located at: approximately 600 N & 400 E, Monterey, IN

Docket #03182024 is filed for a Petition for a map amendment

The petition is as follows: Request to vacate approximately 48 lots from Subdivision of Tippecanoe River Development and combine into one parcel.

The application and all submitted documentation are available for review, by appointment, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Building & Zoning Department, County Building, 125 South Riverside Drive, Suite 150, Winamac.

The APC has set said hearing at the time and place specified. Written suggestions or objections concerning this application may be filed with the Plan Administrator or Administrative Secretary a minimum of 48 business hours prior to the hearing and will be heard by the APC at the time and place specified. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the application, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
