You have been sued by the person named “Petitioner” in the Court stated above.

The nature of the suit against you is stated in the Verified Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, a copy of which is available in the office of the Clerk of the Pulaski Circuit Court, 110 E. Meridian Street, 2nd Floor, Winamac, IN 46996. The Petition states the demand which the Petitioner has made and wants from you.

You or your attorney must file a Responsive Pleading or Counter-Petition in writing within thirty (30) days after the last publication of this summons or judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.

A Final Hearing on the Petition shall be conducted no earlier than sixty (60) days after the filing of this Petition at which time the Court may enter a Decree of Dissolution and grant the Petitioner other relief as requested.
