Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of March, 2025, 6:00 pm EST, a public hearing will be held at a Special Session before the Pulaski County Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA), in the Pulaski County Highway Garage 1131 US 35, Winamac, IN on the petition of: BUTTON, TODD

Docket # 01312025-01 is filed for a petition for a special exception of use for the property compromising parcel: 66-09-29-400-008.001-017

Legal Description: 017-00696-00 PT NW PT W.2 SE SEC 29 18.715A (538) DICKEY CR (676) WESTON

The nature of the petition is as follows: Petitioner requests a special exception to allow commercial storage unit(s) on A1 General Ag zoned ground.

Copies of all documents can be reviewed at the Pulaski County Building/Zoning Department office, 125 South Riverside Drive – Room 150, Winamac; by appointment Monday thru Friday. 

The BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS has set said hearing at the time and place specified. Written suggestions or objections concerning this application may be filed with the Plan Administrator 5 days (IC 36-7-4-920(g)) before such hearing and will be heard by the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS at the time and place specified. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the application, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary.
