Petition for the Vacation of An Unimproved Road

The Pulaski County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on February 20, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time at the Pulaski County Highway Garage, 1131 North US Hwy 35, Winamac, Indiana to consider any remonstrances on the petition filed January 24, 2024 by Michael W. Eggleston to vacate an unimproved public roadway 40’ in uniform width known as Reutebuch Street in Indian Creek Township, Pulaski County, Indiana and a unused public alleyway 14’ in width between parcels #66-10-09-321-014.000-007 and 66-10-09-321-015.000-007 to the south in Indian Creek Township, Pulaski County Indiana.

Any person aggrieved by the proposed vacation may object to it as provided by I.C. 36-7-3-13.
