SPECIAL NOTICE TO HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF
MARGARET VICTORIA PROUD
On May 28, 2022, Margaret Victoria Proud died while a resident of Pulaski County Indiana.
That on or about March 21, 2023, Michael D. Proud was appointed the Personal Representative of the Estate of Margaret Victoria Proud.
That on May 10 and May 17, 2023, a Notice of Administration was published in the Pulaski County Journal.
That since the Estate was opened, the Personal Representative has been unable to locate and serve two (2) of the heirs of the Estate of Margaret Victoria Proud, Thomas Proud and Garrison Christian Young Proud with Notice of Administration.
Complying with this Courts Order of September 20, 2023, the Personal Representative, by and through his attorney, was instructed to make all reasonable and diligent efforts to locate Thomas Proud and Garrison Christian Young Proud including attempting to locate them through their whereabouts on Facebook or other social media and other available means.
Despite diligent efforts Personal Representative has been unable to locate and serve Thomas Proud and Garrison Christian Young Proud with Notice. The Honorable Mary Welker provided in the Order of September 20, 2023, that if he is unable after reasonable efforts to attempt to locate Thomas Proud or Garrison Christian Young Proud then he is to publish this Notice in the Pulaski County Journal directed specifically to the heirs.
The Heirs of the Estate of Margaret Victoria Proud, Thomas Proud and Garrison Christian Young Proud are advised that if they wish to participate in any future hearing regarding the distribution of assets of the Estate of Margaret Victoria Proud, that they are instructed to appear at the Pulaski County Circuit Court, Justice Center, 110 East Meridian Street, Room 225, Winamac, Indiana 46996, for hearing on March 5, 2024 at 1:15 P.M. EST .
