You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above-named and a hearing will take place in Pulaski Co. Superior Court on March 17, 2026 at 9:30 am. The nature of the suit against you is a Petition to Assume Jurisdiction and Register Decree and Modification of Custody. This summons by publication is specifically directed to Jose Valiente Linares, residence unknown.

You must answer the Petition, in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after notice of suit, and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the petition has demanded.
