Sharron Reinhold
Sharron Ann (Keller) Reinhold, 84, of Monterey, went home to be with her Savior and Lord on Sunday, Dec. 21.
She was born on Nov. 27, 1941 in Mishawaka, to the late Robert J. and Ruby F. (Burch) Keller. She was raised in Monterey. She attended Holy Family Grade School and Monterey High School.
In 1972, she moved to Arcadia, Florida and was Assistant Tax Collector for thirty-some years. She retired in 2006 and moved back home to Monterey. There, she met Steven L. Reinhold. They were married Dec. 24, 2008.
Sharron loved to study God’s Word, read, sing along with Gospel songs, walk her dog Boo, bird watch, fish, and yardwork, as well as watch sunrises and sunsets. She was a member of New Song Church in Plymouth.
“The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.” Proverbs 18:10.
“For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe.” Psalm 61:3.
She is survived by sisters-in-law: Barbara Keller, Becky [Jon Hall] Pugh and Brenda [Jim] Loehmer; many nieces and nephews and their families; cousins: Greg [Cindy] Keller and Alan [Linda] Burch; and many other cousins and friends.
Preceded in death by husband Steven L. Reinhold; grandparents: Roy A. and Sylvia A. (Haschel) Keller; parents: Robert J. and Ruby F. (Burch) Keller; and brother Robert D. Keller.
Cremation will take place at Frain Crematory in Winamac.
Per Sharron’s wishes, no services will be held.
Private burial will take place at St. Anne’s Cemetery in Monterey.
