Marvin Joe Good
Marvin Joe Good, 75, of Kewanna, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at Northwood Village Healthcare Center in Kokomo.
Born on July 5, 1948, in Logansport, he was the son of the late Clement and Mildred (Phillips) Good.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Marvin formerly worked for Wilson Foods in Cherokee, Iowa, for more than 10 years and Tyson Foods in Logansport. He also worked at the Kewanna Public Library for 11 years.
He was a member of Kewanna Church of Christ. Marvin was an avid train enthusiast and he enjoyed painting by number, riding his motorcycle in his younger years and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his son, Travis Good [Mary] of Wood River, Illinois; brother, Gordon Good of Mooresville; and grandchildren: Stephen Ryck, Andrew Good and William Good.
He was also preceded in death by daughter, RaShawne Good; and sister-in-law, Bonnie Good.
Services with military rites was held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 10, at Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Metzger Chapel, 123 E. Main St., Kewanna.
Visitation was from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Kewanna Public Library.
