Harry B. Stoddard
Harry Stoddard, 74, of Winamac, formerly of Lawrence Township, New Jersey and Pensacola Beach, Florida, passed away at his home Wednesday, Sept. 2.
He was born on Aug. 12, 1952 in Trenton, New Jersey to the late Harry and Helen (Wizbiski) Stoddard. He worked for and retired from Point Pleasant Water Works. On June 13, 2012, he married Kimberly (Bonnell) Woods in Gulf Breeze, Florida.
Harry was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing the Tippecanoe River and the Gulf of America. He also enjoyed walks in the Tippecanoe River State Park and Winamac Town Park as well as walks on the Pensacola Beach. Harry and his beloved wife, Kimmy, cherished camping and fishing trips with family and friends.
He is survived by wife Kimmy (Bonnell) Stoddard, Winamac; step-sons: Chuck (wife: Jen) Woods, Russellville, Arkansas, Robert Daumer, Valparaiso, Rodney Daumer, Jr., Valparaiso and Jacob [wife: Melaina] Kolish, Rensselaer; step-daughter Brandee [fiancé: Paul Tschoepe] Daumer, Crawfordsville; four step-grandchildren: Danny, Izabella, Ezekial and Bentley; sister Marie [husband: Matt] Terranova, York, Pennsylvania; brothers-in-law: Greg [wife: Diana] Bonnell, Valparaiso, Cecil Jay [wife: Nikki] Bonnell, Jr., Raleigh, North Carolina and Ron [wife: Carol] Bonnell, Hammond; sisters-in-law: Kathy (Bonnell) Downing, Walkerton and Karen [husband: Bob] Kolish, Kewanna and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by parents: Harry and Helen (Wizbiski) Stoddard; four siblings: Dorothy, Theresa, Richard and Russell; and in-laws: Cecil Jay and Sylvia (Holbrook) Bonnell, Sr.
Cremation will take place at Frain Crematory in Winamac.
Memorial contributions may be made to Friends of Tippecanoe River State Park or Winamac Town Park Fund.
