Barbara E. Pugh

Barbara E. Pugh, 73, of Star City, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 30. She was born in Winamac, to Robert D. and Nelda M. (Onken) Manning on Sept. 21, 1951. She graduated from West Central High School with the Class of 1969.  

She was a candle maker and loved crafts of all kinds.  Barbara was an avid seamstress. She enjoyed planting flowers and being outdoors and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  

Barbara is survived by her daughter Kelly Werner; grandchildren: Bethany Rapacki [Donnie] and Travis Werner [Mary]; great-grandchildren: Raymond Rapacki and Josie Werner; step-father Ronald Garrett; aunts: Ruth Ann Vollmer, Helen Vollmer, Mary Fitzpatrick and Phyllis Onken; one uncle, Fred Vollmer; and several cousins.  

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert D. Manning and Nelda M. (Onken) Garrett.

No public services will be held at this time.
