IN THE MATTER OF THE SUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION OF THE ESTATE OF JAMIE F. TOWEY, Deceased.

NOTICE OF HEARING TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP

Notice is hereby given, to each interested party in the estate of Jamie F. Towey, that:

1. That on the 13th day of August, 2026, Kyle L. Rans, was appointed personal representative of the Estate of Jamie F. Towey, deceased, who died on the 22nd day of June, 2026,

2. That a Petition to Determine Heirship in the estate of Jamie F. Towey will be heard by the above captioned court on the 21st day of December, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. (est.).

3. Any person who believes to be an heir of the decedent and wishes to prove that he or she is an heir, or has a claim through an heir, of Jamie F. Towey, deceased, must appear at the time and place described above and present his or her proof.

4. If you have any objection to the petition, you must submit it in writing on or before the date set for the hearing. If you fail to do so, a judgement will be entered in accordance with the relief requested in the petition.

5. Following the hearing, and on the basis of evidence presented at it, the court will enter an order determining the heirs of Jamie F. Towey and their respective interests in her estate.
