Land in the Pulaski County Industrial Park

Winamac, Pulaski County, Indiana

Sealed bids will be received by the Pulaski County Advisory Commission on Industrial Development (“the Commission”), c/o the Pulaski County Department of Community Development, Pulaski County Courthouse, Room 213, 112 East Main Street, Winamac, Indiana 46996, no later than 11:30 a.m. E.D.S.T. on Friday, 24 April 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at a meeting of the Commission at noon E.D.S.T. on same date, in room 201 at same address. The proposed project is the sale or lease of land in the Pulaski County Industrial Park (“the Park”), a/k/a the Winamac Industrial Park.

The Park is located generally at Pulaski County Roads 100 West, 60 South, and 60 West in Monroe Township, within the planning/zoning jurisdiction of the Town of Winamac and within utility-service areas of both the Town of Winamac and NIPSCO.

Bidders intending to use the land for purposes incompatible with surrounding uses, the intentions of the Commission, or the applicable sections of the Town of Winamac Zoning Ordinance will be disqualified. 

Any bid submitted by a trust as defined in Indiana Code 30-4-1-1(a) must identify each beneficiary of the trust and each settlor empowered to revoke or to modify the trust.
