IN THE MATTER OF THE GUARDIANSHIP OF BETHANIE SUE WINGET, AN INCAPACITATED PERSON

Notice is hereby given that a Verified Petition for Appointment of Co-guardians over the Person and Estate of Bethanie Sue Winget has been filed in the Pulaski Circuit Court, Pulaski County, Indiana.

The Petitioners, Debra Lynne Blount and Charles Arthur Blount Jr., seek to be appointed coguardians of Bethanie Sue Winget, a 19-year-old female residing in Winamac, Indiana, who is alleged to be incapacitated.

The Court has set a hearing on this matter for the 27th day of April, 2026, at 1:15 p.m., at the Pulaski County Courthouse, 110 East Meridian Street, #225 Winamac, Indiana 46996.

All interested persons may appear at the hearing and file objections or statements concerning the guardianship. The Court may appoint the Petitioners or another qualified person as guardian and may limit the powers of the guardian as appropriate.
