AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66C01-2405-MF-000018 wherein Zygmunt Sarkowicz and Bonnie Sarkowicz were Plaintiffs, and Shawn Compton, Indiana Department of Revenue, LVNV Funding LLC, KLC Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a The Auto, Mariner Finance LLC Successor in Interest to Personal Finance Company, LLC, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Pulaski County, Indiana:

A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 30 North, Range 4 West in the Town of Medaryville, Pulaski County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 5; thence West (assumed bearing) on the South line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 5, a distance of 526.50 feet; thence North 01 degree 45 minutes 50 seconds West 513.00 feet to a 5/8 inch capped rebar at the point of beginning; thence West 97.25 feet to a 3/4ʺ pipe; thence North 01 degree 45 minutes 50 seconds West 235.50 feet (measured 326.80 feet) to a 5/8 inch capped rebar; thence East 97.25 feet to a 5/8 inch capped rebar; thence South 01 degree 45 minutes 50 seconds East 235.50 feet to the point of beginning.

Together with a 20 foot wide easement for ingress and egress described as: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the above-described tract; thence North 01 degree 45 minutes 50 seconds West 159.00 feet to the centerline of Main Street; thence East along said centerline, 20.00 feet; thence South 01 degree 45 minutes 50 seconds East 159.00 feet; thence West 20.00 feet to the point of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof; said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
