PUBLIC NOTICE FOR SECOND PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Winamac will hold a public hearing on December 8, 2025 beginning at 6:00 pm at the Winamac Municipal Utilities Complex, 623 West 11th Street, Winamac, IN 46996 to provide interested citizen’s an opportunity to express their views on the recently completed Master Utility Plan.  The plan was paid for using Federal Community Development Block Grant Funds from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs.  Representatives from RQAW will present their findings and recommendations at the hearing.  Every effort will be made to allow persons to voice their opinions at the public hearing.   Persons with disabilities or non-English speaking persons who wish to attend the public hearing and need assistance should contact Mike Kleinpeter, Kleinpeter Consulting Group, LLC at P.O.
