By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in Cause No. 66C01-2504-MF-000010, wherein GVC Mortgage, Inc. was plaintiff and Toby D. Kerby, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18 day of November, 2025 , at the hour of 1pm or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Pulaski County, Indiana:
