By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Indiana, in cause No. 66C01-2407-MF-000020, wherein NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing was Plaintiff, and Diana J. Walstra, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Louis M. Casale and Discover Bank were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 15th day of July, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. local time of said day, at www.zeusauction.com:
