PUBLIC NOTICE

The Town of Francesville, Indiana Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) Amendment to obtain assistance from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Loan Program. The Town of Francesville Town Council, and Utilities is requesting to fund water utility improvements at its water treatment plant using a Loan from the State Revolving Loan Fund Drinking Water program. A PER Amendment was submitted to the DWSRF program with additional project details.  These include replacing both pumps in wells #2 and #3. Copies of the PER Amendment are available at 100 N.
