You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.

The nature of the suit against you is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property legally described as follows:

The land referred to herein below is situated in the County of Pulaski, State of Indiana, and is described as follows:  

That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 30 North, Range 3 West, Pulaski County, Indiana, described by: 

Commencing at a railroad spike at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the above said Section 17; thence North 89 degrees 03 minutes 59 seconds West (Indiana State Plane Coordinate System) along the Section line 475.00 feet to a PK nail and the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 03 minutes 59 seconds West 194.65 feet to a railroad spike; thence North 00 degrees 07 minutes 04 seconds West 1324.60 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe; thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds East along the fractional section line 665.80 feet to a corner post; thence South 00 degrees 16 minutes 41 seconds East along the Quarter Section line 1002.40 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe; thence North 89 degrees 03 minutes 59 seconds West 475.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pipe; thence South 00 degrees 16 minutes 41 seconds East 335.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 16.749 acres more or less.
