NOTICE TO FREEHOLDERS OF MILL CREEK CONSERVANCY DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the freeholders of Mill Creek Conservancy District of Fulton and Pulaski Counties, Indiana, will be held on the 6th day of January 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the office of the District: 1252 E 100 S, USDA Building, Rochester, Indiana. The purpose of the Annual Meeting on January 6th, 2025 is to elect officers and transact any business that may come before the Board. The term of office of the Director representing Area One, presently represented by Anthony (Tony) Kasten, will expire on the date of the ensuing annual meeting of the District and Bill has been nominated for re-election.
