NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Winamac Town Council hereby fixes 6:00 p.m. (EDT) on Monday, December 9, 2024, at the Winamac Utilities Complex, located at 623 West 11th Street, Winamac, IN 46996, as the time, date, and location for a public hearing for receiving any remonstrance and objections from interested persons prior to the adoption of vacation of public way or place, requested by Hickory Creek Realty, LLC.

Any interested persons may pick up copies of the proposed vacation of public way or place, with exhibits designating the affected parcels of land, from the Town of Winamac Clerk-Treasurer’s Office located at 120 West Main Street, Winamac, IN 46996 during regular business hours.
