The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned: You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage on the following described real estate:

That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 31 North, Range 3 West of the Second Principal Meridian in Rich Grove Township, Pulaski County, Indiana described by: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 3; thence South 00 22’ 47” East along CR 800W and the section line 2,750.26 feet, thence North 88 31’ 44” East along CR750 and the quarter section line 345.24 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 01 28’ 16” West 500.00 feet, thence North 88 31’ 44” East 316.00 feet; thence South 29 12’ 09” East 395.42 feet; thence South 01 28’ 16” East 150.00 feet, thence South 88 31’ 44” West along CR750 and the quarter section line 500.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.00 acres more or less.

And Commonly known as: 7878 W 750 N, Winamac, IN 46996.

This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are known to me: Leisa E. Schroeder, MV Realty of Indiana LLC, Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, Pulaski Memorial Hospital and Credit Corp Solutions Inc.

This Summons by Publication is also specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown to me: Bobby Gene Crawford.

In addition to the above named Defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.

If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.

You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 20th day of December, 2024, (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
